On top of having a Skilled Nursing staff, we offer Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Care, from Physical to Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology. Medical/Social Services are also available, and you can receive assistance from a Home Health Aide, if needed. We work and coordinate with your Physician in order for you to receive customized quality care.

Who needs Home Health Services?

• Clients whose physical facilities are limited and those wish to stay in the comfort of their home
• Patients who are unable to leave their homes and need skilled nursing assistance and/or rehabilitative care
• Patients enduring the illnesses such as AIDS, Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Infections, or Stroke
• Patients whose Physicians have prescribed a specific service from a home health agency

A sample of Skilled Home Health and Home Health Aide Services we provide:

• Wound care for pressure sores or a surgical wound
• Respiratory care, like Oxygen or a Nebulizer
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Language Therapy
• Intravenous or Nutrition Therapy
• Injections
• Monitoring serious illness and unstable health status
• Help with basic daily activities, such as like getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, eating, and using the bathroom
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and cooking
