We accept Clients and Patients with a variety of needs: - Clients whose physical facilities are limited and those wish to stay in the comfort of their home
- Patients who are unable to leave their homes and need skilled nursing assistance and/or rehabilitative care
- Patients enduring the illnesses such as AIDS, Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Infections, or Stroke
- Patients whose Physicians have prescribed a specific service from a home health agency
We provide a variety of Skilled Home Health and Home Health Aide Services, for example: - Wound care for pressure sores or a surgical wound
- Respiratory care, like Oxygen or a Nebulizer
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Language Therapy
- Intravenous or Nutrition Therapy
- Injections
- Monitoring serious illness and unstable health status
- Help with basic daily activities, such as like getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, eating, and using the bathroom
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and cooking
